Keith is the President of Lowell Specifications, Inc.  He has been a spec writer since 1991 and has been in private practice since 1998. Previous experience includes: Cost Estimator (5 years), Construction Administrator (9 years) and Construction Superintendent (8 years).  His experience working for construction companies and architectural firms provides him with insight on both the installation and design aspects of the project.

  He has been a Certified Construction Specifier for 5 years, is on the Board of Directors for the Maine Chapter CSI, and a past instructor for CSI certifications. He is also a member of S.C.I.P. (Specification Consultants in Independent Practice) and is an affiliate member of Maine – AIA.
